Orfund Foundation is a registered Canadian charity established in 2004 by of a small group of individuals located in Canada and elsewhere who share an interest in contributing to orphan and vulnerable children care in Africa. The children are largely orphaned or made vulnerable due to AIDS, however, only a small percentage of the children are born with AIDS.

Bruce is a Teacher and English Language Instructor who has lived and worked in Libya and Saudi Arabia.

David Bookbinder
David has 30+ years of experience in international investment and business management. Most recently he was Chairman of Pinova Holdings, Inc. and HPC Energy Services.

Jeffrey Bookbinder
Jeffrey is the senior partner with the law firm BookbinderLaw in Botswana. Jeff is very active in charitable giving in Botswana both as a pro-bono lawyer as well as a volunteer with several organizations including the Cancer Association of Botswana.

Sue Nielsen
Sue has a financial and retail background with a love for travel. Sue has visited Botswana and has seen firsthand the positive impact that Orfund is having on the children it assists. Sue is delighted to donate her time and expertise to help make a difference.
